This helps ensure that the entire society is included in decision-making processes and teaches young people how to express their opinions. This clearly links the session to the Sustainable Development Goals in a concrete way.

    Three different news outlets describe how they work to include young people in the public discourse by shaping news in a context that young people both understand and are interested in. Using online news, news papers, workshop and social media like TikTok. Aftenposten jr. is a newspaper focusing on children from 8 to 13 years old. Fedrelandsvenne is a youth project focusing on Youth from 15-20 with their own editorial team of young people between 19-25. Tenk and Faktisk focusing on youth from 13 - 25 using fact check and media literacy. Reaching out with physical workshops and digital lesson plans for teachers. Publishing online and social media.

    At the end of the session it is room for questions both from online and on site public.
