    Description
Currently, artificial intelligence (AI) technology is advancing rapidly, driving breakthroughs that position it as a key force in the new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation. At the same time, this disruptive technology has intensified global risks affecting human development, including data breaches, algorithmic bias, the spread of misinformation, and the widening digital divide. Balancing AI innovation with regulatory governance and promoting trustworthy AI governance has become a shared global challenge. Against this backdrop, this conference focuses on the"Framework and Practices of Trustworthy AI Governance", bringing together multi-stakeholder representatives from industry, academia, and research institutions to share insights and experiences from China, Norway, and other countries in AI governance. We will discuss the following three key questions: How can we build a trustworthy AI governance framework that balances technological advancement with ethical constraints? How can we design a multi-stakeholder governance system to address core issues such as AI data compliance, content security, algorithmic governance, and responsibility allocation? How can we translate the principles and frameworks of trustworthy AI governance into interoperable governance practices? Additionally, we will release the "Report on Trustworthy AI Governance and Data Security Development," outlining a governance framework for trustworthy AI and analyzing AI governance practices adopted by various actors, including national governments, international organizations, technical communities, and technology enterprises.

Our speakers will be present on-site, allowing for direct and close communication with attendees. We will also open online sessions via platforms like Zoom to enhance interaction by enabling online audiences to ask questions. Additionally, we are exploring the use of free AI products to provide real-time voice translation in multiple languages.
