Targets: China has established a multi-dimensional governance system, clearly stipulating that AI technology should promote openness, transparency, and ethical development, while avoiding technological monopoly and resource consumption. This not only provides experience for the development of AI technology in developing countries but also contributes to the formation of a widely agreed framework for responsible AI governance and development. This is highly consistent with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly the goal of "Ensuring sustainable consumption and production."
    Format
The agenda of the conference will be divided into three main themes: first, a roundtable discussion focused on the theme with three guest representatives; second, the release of a report by the Cyber Research Institute, the event organizer; and third, an interactive session with the audience.

    Description
Currently, major countries and regions around the world have formed different artificial intelligence (AI) governance approaches based on various factors such as political cultures, industrial development, and target demands. Among them, China adheres to the concept and purpose of "putting people first and leveraging intelligence for good", coordinates the development and security of AI, and has made positive progress. This conference intends to invite multiple stakeholders, including Chinese AI policymakers, researchers, industry experts, and representatives of renowned AI enterprises. It will focus on in-depth discussions of China's AI regulations and policies, industrial practices, etc. The report titled "Report on Data Security and Algorithm Governance of AIGC: Global Practices and Chinese Experiences" will be released to share the best practices in areas such as innovative development and technology inclusiveness, providing an experience reference for the international community, especially countries in the Global South, to promote the development and governance of responsible AI.

Our speakers will be present on site to closely communicate with the attendees. We will also open online meetings via Zoom and other platforms, and increase interaction by allowing online viewers to ask questions. Furthermore, we will explore the use of Chinese AI products to provide real-time voice translation in more languages.
