    Targets: The core issue of the discussion is responsible AI innovation based on “ethical governance and common action”, in order to collaboratively create effective ethical governance programs, build inclusive cooperation frameworks, and explore fair practices of technology that can be put into practice, so as to balance the efficiency of innovation and social justice, and to enable people to have equal access to information, education, and global services, and to build sustainable, responsible, fair, and inclusive harmonious innovation societies.     The session will take the form of a ‘presentation + slide show’, and throughout the process, exclusive interactive sessions will be designed in conjunction with the theme, encouraging lightning-fast collisions of ideas and information exchange and sharing among participants, and generating unique discussions.

    Description
    Discuss how responsible innovation can be effective in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Ensuring responsible innovation aims to provide morally acceptable, socially acceptable, and developmentally sustainable solutions to the significant societal risks posed by the application of science and technology, as well as a focus on human values and needs throughout the process of technology application. (i)Ethical considerations and ethical governance programs for technology. Through ethical governance innovation, in the governance of negative effects of science and technology innovation, technological conflicts, control dilemmas, emerging science and technology ethical disputes and other difficult problems and fill the regulatory loopholes in the field of emerging science and technology. (ii)Inclusive understanding and multi-party cooperation for responsible innovation. Understand multi-stakeholder ecosystems and the different stakeholders involved and their respective interests. Examining inclusive collaboration frameworks to facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration to enable innovation to deliver more equitable outcomes and promote trust, acceptability and sustainability. (iii)Common practice and sustainability.Seeks the feasibility and practicality of responsible innovation by promoting the practice of multiple innovation governance tools in the direction of scientific and technological values.     1. Conduct research prior to the workshop. Provide first-hand information and data support for the workshop; 2. Organize a pre-forum before the workshop. CUNET, Wuhan University, the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and the University of Bordeaux in Asia and France co-organize a pre-forum on Responsible Innovation in Artificial Intelligence: Ethical Governance and Common Actions as a precursor to ensure that more people are aware of and involved in the issue; 3. questions and open discussions are designed during the workshop. Encourage each participant to share ideas; 4. prepare visual materials (i.e. videos, images, infographics). Visual materials were used throughout the workshop to enliven the session and to assist those whose first language is not English.
