Description
This interactive networking session will bring together Internet Society (ISOC) Alumni, 2025 ISOC Youth Ambassadors, Internet Governance experts, and Youth leaders (including Youth NRI coordinators) to discuss multistakeholder leadership in shaping the future of the Internet.
The session will highlight:
✔ The role of emerging leaders in global Internet governance.
✔ ISOC's 2025 Action Plan & 2030 Strategy – Ensuring an open, globally connected, and secure Internet.
✔ How ISOC Alumni & Youth Standing Group can engage in policy advocacy, Internet standards, and digital cooperation.
This session (U-shape desired) will follow a fully hybrid approach, ensuring equal participation between onsite and remote attendees through an open-floor discussion. The session will feature both onsite and online speakers, including ISOC Alumni, Youth Coordinators, ISOC Youth Ambassadors, and leadership figures from the Internet governance ecosystem. This format encourages dynamic exchanges between participants, fostering meaningful networking and engagement. 2) How will you design the session to ensure the best possible experience for online and onsite participants? ✔ Open Floor Discussion Format – Both onsite and online speakers will actively contribute, allowing real-time interaction between youth leaders, coordinators, and ISOC alumni. 3) Please note any complementary online tools/platforms you plan to use to increase participation and interaction during the session. ✔ Live Polls & Q&A Tools (Mentimeter or Slido) – Capturing audience insights and encouraging contributions from both physical and virtual attendees
