    Format description: We entend to bring speakers from different parts of the world presenting how they work together. For example how Fact checkers/verifiers and their knowlegde are compliant with the Media literacy work. Each presenter will also bring something unique to the table, so part of the session will be presenting consepts - following by examples and workin routines.
    Policy Question(s)
    A) What are the challanges todays open society faces towards mis- and disinformation? B) How could the multi stake holder model build resilience against mis- and disinformation? C) What challanges do we see connected to AI and mis- and disinformation and what possibilities does emerge?
    What will participants gain from attending this session? We plan to include several spesific examples that will be presented through short talks focusing on specific cases. Towards the end of the event, we aim to bring some of the key actors together for a discussion on the content and their experiences. This makes it valuable to gather a large audience for the session. By using this setup, each actor can showcase their experiences, and in the end, a comprehensive picture will be built.

    We live in a world where access to information is vast. With ever-evolving platforms and technology, navigating a fragmented information landscape has become increasingly challenging. In recent years, dramatic news events have triggered strong emotional reactions to the information we encounter. Hybrid threats have become part of the challenges we face, including online. How can we build resilience in the population against unwanted influence? How can we ensure that the information we come across online is trustworthy? And how can we prevent misinformation and disinformation from shaping attitudes, actions, and opinions? Faktisk is the only independent Fact checker in Norway established in 2017. Faktisk was established when six of the largest competing media outlets in Norway cooperated to establish the organization. Today Faktisk consist of a journalist section, Media literacy department called Tenk with six teachers and has developed a verify department gathering journalists from media outlets all over Norway. Tenk is providing lesson plans for teachers and librarians around the country. Tenk has developed more then 150 different lesson plans, videos and posters. Together with Rapler and Google, we wants to higliht the possiblities and what we have done to build resilience towards mis- and disinformation.

    Showing how stakeholders collaborate and give inspiration for others all around the world.
    Hybrid Format: By having an online moderator we will take care of questions and bring them to the different presenters.
