Description
Fake news has the potential to destabilize as well the life of individuals as the whole countries. The Internet creates favorable conditions for its spread. The discussion will cover the issue of limits of criminalization of the dissemination of fake news on the Internet. On the one hand, it obvious limitation of the right to free speech, but on the other hand, there could be reasons for - at least partly - the criminalization of some categories of fake news.
