Internet Governance in the Age of Uncertainty
The High-Level Leaders Track will reflect some of the most important aspects of the role digital technologies and public digital policy has in times of uncertainty.
Experts and leadership from governments, intergovernmental and international organisations, leading academic and research institutions and other civil society stakeholders, as well as leadership of businesses and technical communities will discuss various aspects of the track’s main theme.
In addition to the opening and closing sessions, five high-level sessions will take place, focused on:

- Security implications
- Economic implications
- Social development implications
- Environmental implications

Building trust in a time of COVID-19 response and post-COVID-19 recovery
In co-organisation with the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the IGF 2020 will bring together members of parliaments from all parts of the world to discuss ways of building trust in the COVID-19 time and how people can recover from it.
