Biography
Mr. David WANGUE is computer engineer, project manager of e-government in service at the National Centre for Information Technology Development of Cameroun (CENADI). He is graduated from the African Institute of Computer Cameroon, Nippon Telephone and Telegraph (NTT) Japan and NTS South Korea. He’s specialized in the design and security of information systems, including security on the internet. As such, he was regularly consulted on matters of strategic cyber security related to problematic of legal framework, technical mesuares , organizational structures capacity building and international cooperation. After over 16 years experience both nationally and internationally in the field of IT and telecommunication, Mr. Wangue is henceforth concentrated in research on cyber crime and cyber security in Zone CEMAC (Central Africa). Concurrently, he holds a Masters in Communication and Public Policy International Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC). He has led several projects, among others as the e-government strategy of Cameroun; the e-learning training of officials of the state of Cameroun. He is authored several scientific articles on e-government. Multilingual by speaking English, French Spanish and a little Japanese, his experience also covers: the management of quality, communicative leadership. Technological experience and international background of Mr. Wangue make him undeniably a major player in the elaboration of strategies for cyber security.
