Francisco is also the author of national and international books and articles and winner of the Luiz di Souza Prize, in the area of Applied Social Sciences Samuel Rodrigues de Oliveira: PhD candidate in Constitutional Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Master's in Law and Innovation and Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. Researcher at the Legal Grounds Institute and Legalite Research Group at PUC-Rio. He has participated in research at the Law School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Rio de Janeiro) and at CESeC - Center for Studies on Security and Citizenship. He is the author of the first book on facial recognition and law published in Brazil. Lawyer and invited lecturer in undergraduate and graduate courses. |
